Hunyuan Motion is an independent web interface for submitting text prompts and reviewing generated 3D motion drafts. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Hunyuan Motion lets users submit supported text prompts, review generated motion drafts, and download available output files. It does not provide motion capture services or guarantee production-ready results. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
All content and technology provided through Hunyuan Motion, including but not limited to AI models, algorithms, platform features, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of Hunyuan Motion is hunyuanmotion.org.

Every paid plan has a specific credit allowance, validity period, and estimated Fast and Standard task capacity shown on the pricing page before checkout. We do not sell an unlimited cloud-generation plan. Subscription credits refresh at renewal and expired credits do not roll over unless the pricing page explicitly says otherwise.
The price, credit allowance, validity period, and billing interval recorded when you purchased or last renewed a subscription govern that paid billing period. We will not retroactively reduce credits already granted, replace a paid plan with a lower allowance, or use a later pricing-page change to rewrite an existing paid period.
For automatic renewals, the subscription terms stored with your active subscription remain the renewal baseline unless we give clear advance notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law. You may cancel before a notified change takes effect. If the checkout page and your subscription record conflict, contact support@hunyuanmotion.org before making another payment so we can investigate the specific order and subscription IDs.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Hunyuan Motion may schedule an eligible unpaid account for deletion after at least 30 consecutive days without recorded activity. A scheduled account receives 30 days' advance notice and a reminder seven days before deletion. Signing in or selecting the keep-account confirmation cancels the schedule. This rule excludes accounts with successful payment history, an active subscription, or refund, chargeback, or dispute history. Any unused free or promotional credits expire when the account is deleted.
